Breathwork; Yoga Nidra & Meditation for Nervous System & Balance
Come home to yourself
Your holistic way to balance your nervous system and uplift your entire being— calm when you're wired, energy when you're flat — through professional, original pranayama, trauma-sensitive breathwork, deep rest, yoga nidra and meditation. For people who've tried the apps and talk therapy, and know there's something deeper.

Beneath the noise there is space
Most of us live one breath ahead of ourselves — bracing, planning, performing. The breath is the one place where you can step out of that current and return to yourself. In a few conscious breaths the body softens, the mind widens, and you remember a spaciousness that was never gone — only covered over.
One home. Many doors. A whole academy of breath and balance
As the name suggests: Integral Breath isn't a single technique or a wellness trend — it's a whole academy of breath: several original breath methods, deep-rest practices, and living meditation traditions in one place, taught from three decades of practice. Some doors are active, some are effortless. All of them lead to the same place: a balanced nervous system and a quieter, focused mind and a spacious heart.
You don’t need to become someone new. You need a way back to what’s already here, underneath the noise. That way is your breath — and it’s the most natural thing in the world. Regulating, deep, restorative, energising— never forced catharsis. You don’t have to choose the “right” method; you’re guided to the one that fits where you are today.
From regulation to recognition
Whatever door you enter — breath, deep rest, or meditation — the path moves through the same three stages: a regulated nervous system, genuine embodied presence, and the quiet recognition of who you already are.
Nervous System Sovereignty
Stress- & Burnout-Resolution
Biological Regulation
measurable HRV shifts
End the chronic survival mode — not by managing it, but by regulating it at the biological level. Heartful, science-grounded methods retune your system with precision, so steadiness becomes something you can call on.
Embodied Presence
out of survival mode, into flow
a true coming home
integration at cellular level
Real change, not just insight about change. Together we release what keeps you from being fully with yourself — steady, lasting work with old emotional weather, so your life force and self-trust move freely again.
Recognition — Coming Home to Being
remembering your essence
beyond mindfulness
beyond self-improvement
Transformation is work; recognizing your essence is grace. The veil thins, and you meet — directly — the unshakable presence you never actually lost.

How breath, rest & meditation balance your nervous system — the science
This is one of the places where ancient practice and modern data agree. Conscious breath, deep rest, and meditation measurably shift your nervous system — and, done well, they can settle you when you’re wired or* lift you when you’re flat.*
Here is an overview of some studies
Fight-or-flight → rest & digest. Slow, exhale-led breathing signals safety to the brain, easing heart rate and the stress response (Zaccaro et al., 2018).
Raises HRV & vagal activity. Slow breathing reliably increases heart rate variability — a core marker of a resilient, flexible nervous system (Laborde et al., 2022).
Works both ways. Regulation isn’t only calming down — it’s the capacity to come up from shutdown too. A balanced system can do both.
Quiets the overthinking mind. In long-term meditators, the brain’s default mode network — the seat of rumination — grows quieter (Brewer et al., 2011).
Releases stored tension. Body-based breath patterns help discharge stress held in the body — reaching what talk alone often can’t.
Deeper rest and sleep. Deep-rest practices shift brainwaves toward the slow rhythms of restoration, so you recover faster.
Just five minutes a day of exhale-emphasized breathing lowered anxiety and lifted mood more than mindfulness meditation in a 2023 Stanford trial (Balban et al., 2023). → More on nervous system regulation

FAQ
Breathwork is the conscious use of breathing patterns to shift your physical, emotional, and mental state. Depending on the method, it can energize, deeply relax, release stored tension, or open expanded awareness and reach altered states of consciousness. It works from the body up, reaching places thinking alone can’t. Many modern techniques have their roots in ancient breathing techniques that have been used by mankind all over of the world.
It’s your body’s ability to move flexibly between activation and rest — to ramp up when needed and genuinely settle afterward. Breath, deep rest, and meditation train that flexibility, so calm (or energy) becomes available on cue.
No. This is professional, therapeutic breathwork, meditation and mentoring for personal growth and nervous-system regulation — not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It often reaches, in the body, what talk alone cannot.
No. Every practice is guided step by step, and you always move at your own pace. The free guided meditation is a gentle place to begin. For Breathwork please read the beginner's guide for your first breathwork session.
